Faced with the development of new communication tools, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the protection of privacy. For this reason, we are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the personal information we collect and to processing it in accordance with this policy and in compliance with our legal obligations in this area, as set out in the GDPR, which came into force on 25/05/2018.

2. Who can benefit from our data protection policy?
This "Data Privacy Policy" applies to any natural person concerned whose data is collected, retained or processed. A natural person who can be identified or who is indentifiable on the basis of his or her personal data is a data subject.
3. What personal data may we process?
We may ask you for general personal information such as: surname, first name, language, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
If we need to collect more sensitive personal data (e.g. medical information, trade union membership, etc.), we will ask for your consent and keep you informed of the purpose of such processing.
4. What do we use your personal data for?
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- Executing your contract
- The company's legitimate interest
- Complying with legal obligations
We are subject to tax and accounting obligations that require us to retain and transmit certain personal data to tax and accounting authorities.
5. Can your personal data be passed on to third parties?
The processing of personal data also implies that, in certain cases, this data may be passed on to third parties. We will only pass on data that is essential, whether within our organization or to third parties (including other legally authorized bodies) with whom we have a contractual relationship.
6. Security measures and shelf life
We take the necessary organizational and technical security measures to protect personal data. Personal data is processed for the time necessary to comply with the provisions described in sub-heading 4, and is kept for no longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
7. What are your rights? How can you exercise them?
In accordance with privacy regulations, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.
Within one month of receiving such a written request, we will communicate our point of view or, if applicable, the corrections made to your data.
You also have the right to obtain the deletion of any of your personal data that is incomplete or irrelevant, or the recording, communication or storage of which is prohibited, or which has been stored for longer than the permitted period. Within one month of the request being made, we must inform you whether the erasure request has been granted and, if so, to what extent.
